Certain items are related. Therefore composite tags should be possible. E.g. a Site can be taged as Neural Nets and another Petri Nets. The tag nets are less meaningful alone, therefore thay need to be grouped with the other tags to produce a composite tag.

If the two are combined e.g. NeuralNets or PetriNets, the infomation about the fact that they all deal with nets is lost.
